More than a name
Home care is unusual among services in that quality depends almost entirely on one thing: whether the same person keeps coming back. Everything else in the brochure stops mattering when they do not.
Large agencies struggle with that. Staff turnover is high, schedules get filled by whoever is available, and a family can meet six caregivers in two months.
Being small is how we avoid it. The person who writes your care plan is the person who reads your message when something changes, and the caregiver who came last Tuesday is the one who comes next Tuesday.
It is not a marketing position. It is the operating model, and it is the reason we intend to stay this size.
Where we work
We cover ten cities from our base on Interstate 30 East in Little Rock.
