What we collect
When you submit the contact form or the review form we collect the information you type: your name, phone number, email address, location, the service you are interested in and your message. If you tick the consent box we also record that consent and when it was given.
We do not ask for and do not want medical records, financial details, Social Security numbers or payment card numbers through this website.
How we use it
We use it to reply to your enquiry, arrange a home visit and provide care if you go ahead. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Phone calls and text messages
If you tick the consent box on the contact form you are agreeing that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing us.
Consent to be texted is never a condition of receiving care.
Cookies and third parties
This website sets no cookies of its own. It uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts.
It does load two typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When a page loads, Google receives your IP address as part of that request. That is the only third party involved in serving this site.
If we later add analytics, a booking tool, or any script provided by our hosting company, we will list it here before it goes live.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are kept while they may still be useful and then deleted. Records for people we provide care to are kept for as long as we are required to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@charlotteshomecare.com and we will respond.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
