Home care is practical and personal support with everyday life. Home health is clinical: wound care, injections, physical therapy, nursing assessments. We provide home care only. If your loved one needs clinical care we will say so rather than stretching what we do.

Generally no. Medicare covers medically necessary skilled care under specific conditions, not ongoing help with bathing, meals or company. Anyone telling you otherwise is worth a second opinion.

In some circumstances, yes. Arkansas runs programs that let an eligible person direct their own care and choose who provides it, which can include a family member. The rules are specific and they change, so we will point you to the state rather than advise you ourselves.
